molly mutt & molly meow respect your right to privacy. we hate spam & we know you do too. we promise to never sell, trade, or do anything else with your personal information. we are not sleazy. we will only use the information you give us to get your order to you. the only emails you will receive from us are to confirm your order & provide you with order shipping information. we will send you newsletter & updates that you OPT-IN to receive. if you don't want to hear from us, we totally get that (& cry about it into our pillows...but understand.)
mollymutt.com uses industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. this protects the confidentiality of your personal & credit card information when it is transmitted over the internet.

- Returns & Replacements (though we can't imagine this will ever happen!)
- we want you to be 100% thrilled with every item you purchase from molly mutt. if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we gladly accept returns for store/website credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. shipping & handling is non-refundable. unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged items. molly mutt reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. please kindly allow 15 business days for us to process your returns.
if, for any reason, you receive damaged or defective items, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. we will of course not charge you additional handling fees for the replacement shipment! should you have any questions, please contact us at help@mollymutt.com
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- we used to trade halibut & trout for product, but are up to our ears in fish. these days, molly mutt/meow accepts visa, mastercard & american express. in accordance with california state law, molly mutt/meow only charges sales tax on those orders shipping within california. all orders shipping outside of california will not be charged sales tax.

- Account information on Molly Mutt & molly meow is 100% secure, and will never be used for any nefarious purposes. You can access your account any time by clicking "my account" in the footer of every page, and if you have any account-related problems you can contact us @ 510.428.2900 or help@mollymutt.com.
