Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like to return all or some of your purchase, please follow the steps below within 30 days of the purchase date (note: embroidered and custom made items are non-returnable).

do you have free returns?

We're a small company trying to compete with some huge pet brands, but we're proud to offer free shipping on all outbound packages.

Unfortunately, we can't compete on all fronts, so we're not able to offer free returns as well.

That said, we do offer our shipping rates for your return*. They are substantially cheaper than what you will find if you go to your local post office or Fedex/UPS store.

but my item is defective

Please contact us right away so we can investigate and solve your issue.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for used or washed items.** "Used" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full of fur - you must remove any pet hair before returning an item
  • Smells of smoke or perfume
  • Scratched or other damage
  • Dirty or dusty
  • Discoloration
  • Washed or dried

Since embroidered and custom items are made just for you, these products are not returnable.

  2. Include the original packing slip or a short note with your full name and order number.
  3. Complete our online return request form and allow 1-3 business days for approval.

If you're returning part of your purchase, please use the smallest box possible for your return to avoid additional return shipping charges.

If you're returning your entire purchase, please use the same box that your order arrived in.

  • *Contiguous U.S. customers only.
  • **Items deemed to be "used" will either be sent back to the customer, at their own expense, or subject to a cleaning fee. A full assessment will be done to determine the cleaning fee, which will be communicated to the customer via email or phone before being deducted from the refund amount.
  • For small returns (bed covers, liners, etc.) the USPS flat rate padded envelope is the cheapest option. It beats all of our shipping rates in the case of single or small items.
  • If your order qualified for free gifts, please include the corresponding gifts or you could receive a less-than-full-price refund to account for those items.
